I am a trained Choose to Change practitioner and deliver domestic abuse and healthy relationships sessions and run sexual health courses. During this time, I have worked with hard to reach and vulnerable young people that have experienced homelessness and poverty. I utilise my arts background when managing projects, delivering Agored Cymru accredited courses and fundraiser / community events. I believe ‘there should be services in every community for individuals that feel isolated to attend. Arts, courses, and social enterprise schemes are great ways of helping people get back on their feet and fulfilling their potential’.

During this time, I have worked with young people that have experienced homelessness and are hard to reach and disengaged. I have a track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, within budget and able to lead teams on educational and health projects. My skill set is working with young people who are affected by poor mental health problems through self-reflection, routine and implementing positive coping strategies. I believe ‘young people should have access to high quality youth provisions where they can gain new experiences, raise aspirations and reach their goals.’.
