"I would like to say how much I enjoy working with Lindsay and Haley. They are at all times professional and endeavour to provide an excellent service to my disengaged pupils. The encouragement and confidence building they gave each girl was fantastic and very much appreciated. The girls were willing to turn up to every session and did so happily. They were always given a warm welcome with a 'cuppa' which helped the girls to relax and feel wanted. This is very important as a lot of then have lost direction and I feel that the work they have done with 11 25 C.I.C has given them a new outlook."
"We work for Flintshire County Council 14 - 19 Network as part of education + youth dept. We work with young people between the ages of 14-19 who for whatever reason are not attending school or at risk of becoming a NEET. The young people that we have referred to Haley and Lindsay have found their courses extremely beneficial as the ladies approach to the group is relaxing and caring, promotes self-confidence and self-esteem which the young people need in their lives. The group leader’s style as positive role models, therefore the young people found them easy to talk to about personal issues. Their activities were therapeutic, fun and interesting from accounts from the Young people’s which helped with the young people's attendance each week."
"The courses offered through 11-25 C.I.C have always been extremely valuable to our young people. They provide a complimentary and therapeutic provision to the young people. The support given begins with the meticulous preparation beforehand, plus meeting the young people to form relationships and in planning individual packages catered for each member of the group. The courses are engaging, fun, relevant and the young people have the added bonus of gaining qualifications throughout. Often, this is something they are not able to achieve in school. As groups are usually smaller and held in settings other than schools our young people find this more beneficial. The support 11-25 offers is invaluable and feedback from Professionals and the young people echoes this."
